An inbox for voices

Stop scrubbing. Start reading.

VoiceClue turns every voice message you receive into text: a title, a summary, to-dos and dates — read in seconds instead of heard in minutes. And when you go looking for something later, your archive answers.

01 · The problem

You know the one.

Your best friend: 4:12 minutes about the move — the date is in there somewhere.

The contractor: three messages, one invoice, one date. Which one?

Mum: “Oh, and one more thing …” at minute three.

Voice messages are wonderful for the people sending them. VoiceClue is for you — because you are the one receiving them.

02 · How it works

One tap. The rest happens on its own.

01

“Share”

A voice message arrives, you tap the share sheet and pick VoiceClue. From WhatsApp, Signal or any other app — that is the whole thing.

02

“Let go”

Put your phone away. VoiceClue transcribes and analyses in the background, then sends you a notification the moment it is done.

03

“Read”

A document instead of an audio track: a title, a summary, tasks with due dates, appointments for your calendar. And the original stays one tap away.

03 · To-dos & dates

You listen. VoiceClue takes notes.

“Could you also …?” becomes a task. “Next Tuesday” becomes a date.

VoiceClue spots what needs doing: tasks get a due date and a priority, appointments move into your calendar with one tap. Amounts, addresses and invoice numbers sit ready as chips — you never have to listen for any of it again. Ticking off included.

04 · Ask

Ask the question. Your archive answers.

Like a memory for everything anyone ever told you.

“When does the truck arrive?” — “What does Mum want for her birthday?” Ask in ordinary words, across every message and every person. VoiceClue answers with the facts and puts the receipt beside them: the spot in the original, down to the second. No more scrolling through old chats.

05 · The receipt

Trust is good. Hearing it again is better.

Every piece of information shows you where it came from.

AI can get things wrong — so VoiceClue claims nothing without a source. Every task, every date, every answer is highlighted in the original transcript and knows its second in the recording. One tap and you hear that moment in the speaker’s own voice. You do not have to believe VoiceClue. You can check it.

06 · Voices

People, not files.

Your messages sort themselves — by the voices behind them.

Every person gets their own folder, their colour, their mark. Anything new waits with a dot until you have read it. And if you want, VoiceClue recognises voices it knows — “Sounds like Lisa.” — and you confirm with a tap.

07 · And more

One list for everything open.

The to-do filter gathers every open task from every message — one list, tick it off, done.

What matters comes to you.

Anything that sounds urgent carries a mark and the reason for it — you see at once which message cannot wait.

It learns your world.

Names, jargon, nicknames: correct one once in a transcript and VoiceClue remembers the spelling for every message that follows.

08 · Private

As private as a voice has to be.

Voice messages are the most personal thing your iPhone holds. VoiceClue treats them that way.

Your recordings are encrypted on your iPhone. iCloud sync is your decision, not our default. And VoiceClue only writes to your calendar — it cannot read it.
